Regrettably, I have to wonder if this service is a rip-off.
If there is a way to cancel your account, it is VERY well hidden.
I now also see complaints in their forums that people are being charged for free trials and have difficulty finding a way to communicate with NetConference.
Is there even telephone line to call? -

There are two numbers listed. One is at the end of the slideshow. 323 - 465 -1155 and the other is on the google apps account.
